The Eurovision Song Contest 2025 will be held in Switzerland, the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) has confirmed.

The dates and venue for the event have not yet been announced, but the Eurovision week will feature three shows: the semi-finals on May 13 and 15, and the grand final on May 17.

Switzerland won the right to host the contest after its entry, "Boys Do Cry" by Marius Bear, won the 2024 contest in Liverpool, England.

Following Switzerland's victory, the local authorities of Geneva expressed interest in hosting the 2025 edition of the contest at Palexpo, a convention and exhibition center in the city.
